A few common questions from parents before enrolling
What is included in the monthly price?
Each package covers pool access, coaching time, and use of basic training equipment such as floats and kickboards during scheduled sessions. Progress notes or reviews are also included, depending on the tier you choose.
Do you offer a trial lesson before committing to a package?
Yes, we offer a single trial lesson at a reduced rate so parents and children can experience our coaching approach and pool facility before selecting a monthly package.
Can we switch packages later?
You can upgrade or downgrade your package at the start of any new month. Just let our front desk know in advance so we can adjust group placement and coaching schedules accordingly.
What is your policy on missed classes?
Standard and Premium packages include makeup class options within the same month, subject to availability. Missed sessions in the Starter package can be discussed with our coordinator on a case-by-case basis.
Is there a registration fee?
A one-time registration fee of EGP 300 applies to new students, covering administration and a swim cap. This fee is not repeated for renewals or package upgrades.
How do I pay for lessons?
We accept cash and card payments at our Alexandria facility, along with bank transfer for monthly renewals. Invoices are issued for every payment for your records.
